You can review credentials that a user has shared with your organization and mark them as 'Accepted' to confirm they meet your requirements. If a credential is not suitable, you can reject it.
When a credential is accepted, its status is visible to all administrators within your organization. The record will also include your user details, along with the date and time the credential was checked.
1. To access shared credentials, you can open a user's details from the 'Credentials to check' dashboard section or click connections on the left menu:
2. Click a row to open the user's shared credentials
3. A page will open showing all credentials shared by the user. Click a row to expand it and review the details of the shared credential
4. There are four different options to select from, once selected the credential will show the status:
Reviewed - Still making a decision and can accept / reject later
Accepted - Acceptable for use
Rejected - Unacceptable for use
Archived - Remove from your view, user can still share it with you
