As an administrator, you can issue credentials to JNCTN users on behalf of your organization. This allows you to provide verifiable credentials that confirm a user’s qualifications.
Once issued, users can retrieve these credentials into their personal wallets, where they can securely store and manage them. From their wallet, users can share these credentials with other organizations.
Issuing credentials through JNCTN ensures that records remain accurate, traceable, and easy to verify across the platform.
1. Select Credentials from the left menu
2. Click Issue Credentials in the upper right corner. Select one or more credentials to issue then click Continue
3. Select one or more recipients to issue the credential(s) to, then click Continue
4. Click each credential to open the credential details form.
5. Enter details for the credential, then click Done
6. Once you have entered all details for the credentials you want to issue, click Confirm & Issue credentials
7. The credential(s) will be issued, and you will see a success confirmation
